Role & Responsibilities:
  • Unload pallets from tractor-trailers
  • Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked
  • Ensures the safe and efficient movement of provisions
  • Remove empty pallets from the pier and stack them outside the pier gate
  • Performs physical tasks such as manually unloading or loading navy ships or other transporting devices.
  • Transports provisions by hand truck, cart, or daisy chain
  • Complies with safety program and adheres to proper safety practices
  • Responsible for adhering to all policies and procedures as set forth by CW Resources and the U.S. Government
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Environmental Demands:
The incumbent will be exposed to outdoor elements and may have to work in extreme heat. The incumbent may be exposed to loud noises for extended periods.

1 years: Prior experience as a Forklift Operator (Preferred) (preferred)
