What we need...

An Automation Engineer to streamline the build, deployment, and testing processes associated with our software development lifecycle. You will leverage your experience in code management, CI/CD, and containerized deployments to help shape our strategic direction. You will be a pioneer of change by introducing new automations and assisting teams as they adopt new processes.

What you'll do...

  • Maintain subject matter expertise in systems used for code management, CI/CD, and containerization
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design, code and implement CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot automation issues to mitigate delays to time-sensitive releases
  • Assist with the migration toward containerized deployments (on-prem and cloud-based)
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure source control systems and methodologies are meeting current and future needs
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, automation and continuous improvement

What you'll bring...

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications
  • 3+ years implementing CI/CD pipeline experience
  • Working knowledge of containerization platforms and orchestration tools (Kubernetes), source control systems (GitLab, Azure DevOps Server), and proficiency in several programming/scripting languages (C#, Java, Python, Bash)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring others in the adoption of new technologies and processes
  • Project planning and tracking experience, familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira a plus

The salary range for this position is $122400-158100
