We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join us. Our team supports Thomson Reuters' Risk and Fraud business which strives to mitigate risk and prevent fraud: work that delivers real value back to society.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Spend significant time with customers and non-customers; ultimately delivering outside-the-company insights back into the company
  • Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Market Research) to ensure product roadmaps are attuned to our customers' most pressing needs
  • Participate in longer range strategic thinking on product development priorities
  • Truly understand the voice of the customer to refine and clarify value propositions to specific personas / use cases / customer types / etc.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to ensure value propositions satisfy the market
  • Drive product innovation in close partnership with multiple teams and functions
  • Seek out, analyze, and synthesize data, both internal and external, to bring fresh insights
  • Demonstrate and build expertise on key propositions and industry trends; be viewed as a thought leader in the risk and fraud space
  • Make an impact by delivering new product enhancement ideas and accompanying business cases that fit under the broader risk and fraud umbrella


About You
You're a fit for the role of Product Marketing Manager if your background includes:

  • 3+ years of professional experience (marketing or product marketing within financial services)
  • Experience from the risk and fraud industry specifically serving financial institutions (Highly Preferred)
  • A desire to test and learn and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Understanding commercial, competitive, technological, and strategic drivers and how they shape strategy
  • Proficient in the development of portfolio value propositions
  • Can drive a team to achieve material progress toward stated objectives
  • Possess superior client engagement skills, including the ability to successfully build and manage internal client relationships
  • Can craft and communicate well structured stories for purposes of influencing internal and external audiences
