Cooley Dickinson Medical Group's Family Medicine practices are where providers are dedicated to advancing the health of individuals and families with compassionate, comprehensive primary care. All of our physicians are board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics and our practices are complemented by experienced advanced practice providers.

Integrated into our patient-centric practice is our organization's culture of provider balance and quality of life. At Cooley Dickinson, after-hours call is staffed by a robust Mass General Brigham provider care team of Advance Practice Providers and Registered Nurses who support all Cooley Dickinson primary care practices for evenings, weekends, and observed holidays.

Many of our family medicine practices share space with or are adjacent to many other Cooley Dickinson services for a one-stop health and wellness destination including OBGYN, the Diabetes Center, Infectious Diseases, General Surgical Care, Hampshire Cardiovascular Associates, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Neurology, Spine Medicine, Integrated Behavioral Health, plus a lab/patient service center, Radiology & Imaging and Rehabilitation Services.

Compensation:

For a 1.0 FTE, this role has an annualize base compensation of $247,000 (guaranteed for years 1 & 2, then productivity-based) plus bonuses related to sign-on and retention.
