Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of residential component.
  • Act as Program Director during his/her absence.
  • Ensure operational budget for the program is reconciled.
  • Orient and train new staff, as designated, to daily operations of theprogram and Division procedures.
  • Ensure new staff are oriented and trained as required by CHL.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Will consider several years of experience in lieu of a college degree.
  • Current and valid United States driver's license and ability to provide registered and insured automobile for work related purposes including transporting Persons in a personal vehicle
  • MAP, CPR, First Aid certifications must be completed within the first six months after hire date
