As a Licensed Clinician at Berkshire, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive research-based treatment philosophies in the field of mental and behavioral health. Clinicians are part of a multi-disciplinary team, who work closely and provide clinical services to youth experiencing trauma, mental health and behavioral challenges. The focus of the Clinician position is to implement change by acting as a role model and building therapeutic relationships while helping youth progress towards lifelong goals.
